1. Terms Acceptance

By accessing and using RoomSarthi (referred to as the "Platform" or "Service"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Direct Connection & Zero Brokerage

RoomSarthi acts solely as a discovery platform that connects students/tenants directly with PG and hostel owners. We have zero involvement in lease agreements, payments, or booking deposits negotiated between parties. There is absolutely no broker commission, platform fee, or subscription charge for tenants.

3. Listing Policies for Property Owners

Property owners listing accommodations on RoomSarthi must ensure that all property details, photos, pricing, and amenities are accurate and fully verified. False advertisements, hidden utility/meal costs, or non-verified listings will lead to immediate removal and suspension of the owner account.

4. Prohibited Activities

Users agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

• Posting spam, duplicate listings, or unverified contact information.
• Impersonating another user, host, or student.
• Using web scrapers or bots to harvest property data or contact numbers from the Platform.

5. Limitation of Liability

RoomSarthi is not liable for any disputes, financial losses, or quality issues that arise between students and owners. We strongly encourage all users to inspect the PG/hostel property physically and verify owner credentials before paying any deposit or signing a rental agreement.

6. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Platform or any part of the service at any time without notice.
